Paste a dispatch, hit Send — it lands in the driver's app in seconds.
Command center
Send dispatches, review fleet status, and focus the board.
Fleet Console sign-in
Sign in with the fleet account your administrator assigned. The first owner can create the company account here.

Fleet Console access unavailable
This account is not authorized to use the fleet console.
Set up the first company
This is a one-time owner setup. It creates your company space and brings the existing pilot data into it. The setup key is used only for this request and is never saved in this browser.
Fleet locationsExact sites carry official instructions and named driver tips.
Load board
Statuses update when the driver's app reports back. Auto-refreshes every 30 s.
Positions and numbers come straight from each driver's app — updated when the app
syncs (every few minutes on the road). Hours shown are driver-entered planning hours, not an ELD read.
Drivers
Open Dashboard once or wait a moment — the roster loads with the fleet board.
Retired rows
Office team
Invited teammates get a password-setup email and appear signed in on their own browser. Invite corrections live in the maintenance drawer below.
This creates a Fleet Console admin for your company only. Lane Wise emails them a secure link to choose their password. Use the separate driver invitation below for a driver phone-app account.
Use this for dispatchers, managers, or another company owner. It does not give access to another company.
Correct an unused office invite
Use this only when you accidentally invited an office teammate who has never signed in. It removes that Firebase sign-in and its office-access record only. It cannot remove drivers, phone data, loads, routes, or a used account.
This is a correction for an unused office invitation, not a general account-delete tool.
Convert a mistaken office account to a driver (beta)
Use this only for an office account you accidentally created for a driver. It keeps that person’s existing email/password, removes its office-admin role, and binds it to the exact existing Driver ID. It does not delete phone data, loads, routes, or dashboard history.
Only the admin who originally created the mistaken office invitation can make this correction.
Driver roster and attention
Active drivers work normally. Quiet drivers stay visible and can receive loads, but do not fill the attention queue. Off-roster drivers keep their server history but cannot receive new console loads until reactivated. None of these choices removes phone data or signs the driver out.
Use the exact Driver ID from Dashboard. This is reversible; use test cleanup below only for a known fake record.
Merge duplicate driver rows
A truck or phone swap can split one real driver across two dashboard rows. Merging copies the OLD row's recorded trails and re-points its console loads onto the driver you keep, then retires the old row off roster. Nothing is deleted, and no phone data is touched. Preview first — the merge button only works after a preview of the same two rows.
Use the exact Driver IDs from Dashboard. The old row must not have a company sign-in — if it does, keep THAT row and merge the other one into it.
Remove a known test driver (server only)
This is only for a confirmed fake/test record with no company account. It removes that driver’s dashboard snapshot, its server-side test loads, and recorded trails from the company and pilot mirror. It never deletes Android-local phone data. It refuses any Driver ID that has a company sign-in; use Quiet or Off roster for a real driver.
This is a deliberate server-data cleanup, not employee termination and not a phone-data delete.
Invite a driver by phone number
The invite IS the phone number: type the mobile number you already have for the driver. They install Lane Wise and sign in with that number — no code to read out, no email round-trip. Leave Driver ID empty for a brand-new driver; use "Use selected dashboard driver" only to connect an existing driver's history.
Re-sending to the same number simply updates the pending invite — fixing a typo'd name or truck is a re-send, not an error.
Use the exact Driver ID already shown for that driver in Lane Wise. That keeps the phone account connected to the driver’s existing dashboard history. This does not change their phone until they sign in and turn on the company-account toggle themselves.
The driver receives a password-setup email. Existing Lane Wise sign-ins are never claimed or reset here.
